Headlights won't turn off! 2016 ram 2500

Recently while hunting, my key fob started freaking out and locking, and unlocking the truck. Tapped the key fob a couple times, and it stopped. Drove for a little while everything was fine. Stooped to do a walk, and the panic alarm started going off and on several times. Got back in the truck, started it, and noticed my head lights were on, with the selector in the off position. I never had drl before this, and now they stay on when ever the truck is in the on position, or while running. Any clue on what might be causing this?

Bring all of the key fobs out to the truck then disconnect the battery for about 5 or 10 minutes

Update: The issue ended up being the 10A fuse for the OBDII port. Evidently the headlight switch runs on the same fuse. Everything work the way it's supposed to now.
