Hi i have a ram 1500 2013 slt 4x4 6 speed trans, 3.55 diff i get horrible mpg with a 5000lbs hydraulic trailer around 30+L /100 km (7,84049MPG) even without trailer its does 20L/100 (11,7607MPG)

-this truck has struts spacer front and rear
-the truck has 275/65/20 Geolandar G015 tires instead of 275/60/20
-Has 2'' bora wheels spacer but isnt the cause because i had this problem before put them
-XHD coils in rear so maybe 1.5 inch taller rear compared to front
-Broken shocks absorber (Bilstein 5100) in front (i think) because was noisy with the topplate for a while
-Just changed all spark plugs to Ngk rithunium with the correct gaps other sparks had 0.04 gap difference but didnt see any difference at all
-New air filter, coolant and transmission fluid

What could help me other than going back stock?

I had a 2013 1500 with 3.55s also and when I bought it I was getting about 14 mpg but after about 50,000 miles it dropped to about 12 and i even had new plugs and filters installed. no help. I towed my sons brand new 2018 Grand Design 2670MK 200 miles and had to stop to fill up after 160 miles with my low fuel light on. I got about 8.3 MPG hand calculated. On the way back it had normal stuff in the camper and I got 7.3 on the return trip. Trailer weighed about 7500lbs. But yeah, lost about 1.5 MPG after about 50,000 miles. Still was 100% stock even with factory replacement tires

I wish I had the Magic Bullet for you.

Even a small lift, and slightly heavier tires have a measurable effect on mpg. Wheel spacers probably are a small contributing factor. Anything that sticks out into the wind, hurts. I always say, it costs a lot of money to look cool.

Around here, the brand of gas you use can make as much as 1.5 mpg. I buy only Marathon and Countrymark. BP is good as well, but there is none locally.

I don't do Remote Starts, or Warm Ups. I fire up the truck, and as soon as the idle drops, its in gear. I just drive slow the first few miles.

Every vehicle I've ever owned, the mpg dropped like a rock once I ran over 65 mph. My old man always said: It takes a lot of oats to feed them horses".

Even with 4.10s, and everything I've done to ruin the gas mileage, I manage to get 19 mpg a couple of times a year. I'm real easy on my equipment, and still, I usually get around just 16. I figure these guys that get 23 mpg, going 75 mph, have got to be trying to pull the wool over my eyes.

^^^ this
How fast you go and how much wind the trailer catches makes a bigger difference than actual weight. I tow a enclosed car hauler that weighs about the same(empty) as my boat (approx 3K lbs) and the fuel economy drops 4 mpg when the car hauler is in tow. Doubling the car hauler weight only knocks about another 1-2 mpgs off.
Your probably effected by winter blend fuel this time of year which could account for 1-2 mpg also.
