HVAC control module

I have a 2016 Ram 1500 2WD with single zone manual A/C. My A/C only blows down from the floor, sometimes it'll switch to defrost but only after turning the truck off then on again. Tried new switches bit that did nothing.
I bought part number P68268190AA which is supposed to be the HVAC control module.
SO my question is, where the heck is it on the truck? I have half my daah apart and can't find the darn thing. I atached a picture of the new part.

when you remove the Bezel that fits around the radio,
take that piece into what ever you use for a work bench.

Then open Google & YouTube, you will find out how other people have done it
