I have googled and saw a few post about replacing , taping and or zip ties to fix this problem . The pivot point ware’s out and the replacements are spendy . I took some 3/16 abs, cut them into 1.5x1.5” squares, drilled a 1/2” hole in them and 2 part epoxy them to the brackets ( after popping the lights out ) To prep the brackets I wiped down w alcohol, scratched them up in multiple directions to give the epoxy something to bite on. After dry time snapped it all back together and yer happy with the results. Still adjustable and no more shaking .

Nicely done! I got tired of the factory lights shaking and put led cubes in. Definately don't regret it.

Hemi 5.7 K&N Cold Air Intake.
I went with the zip tie method. Only had to replace the zip ties once in 4 years
