Yes as long as you have stock 17x7 or 17x8 factory wheels. The 285's will be close to the upper control arm but mine have never rubbed and you have miles of clearance everywhere else.

255/80r17 is a good fit too on stock suspension

17" or 18" wheels? either way Yes, 285/70/17 is factory size in the Rebel, even in 18" wheels they'll be just a tiny smidge bigger it won't make a difference. Both are pretty much 33x11.5
