my 2011 ram with 6 inch zone lift

this is my 2011 laramie ram 1500 , with 6 inch lift kit and 35 tires. the kit is good , but i have some crank sounds when i go over hard bumps and the ride is not as stock, also i have to take more wider turns now .

Looks great! The wider turns is due to the larger tires and now having a larger turning radius. Small price to pay for having a lifted truck in my opinion.

What were they doing to your interior in that last pic?

Big horn about the Bilstein 5100 Struts , should I only remove the front shocks ? or also the to spacers ? cause there are 2 a big one that goes on top and a small one that comes over the rubber band of the stock shocks ?
Ans I was installing window films shades , to protect the inter from our heat made by 3M.
my next step is to paint my stock finders black .
What do you guys think ?
and does the Bilstein 5100 Struts only help on the crank sounds or do they improve the ride ?

i'm not sure its because of the bigger tires. If you put 35's on with a 3" body lift your turning radius stays the same. Now put the same 35's on with a suspension lift and the radius is less. Its got to be part of the suspension lift that lessens the turning radius.

Yes ypu replace your struts with these. When you put bilstein 5100's you need to take out the small preload spacer. You leave the strut spacer in. That is your lift spacer. The bilsteins have 3 different settigs. 1.4",2.1"2.8". Mine are set at 2.8".

Yes they improve the ride.

cool , so the I will remove the small extra spacer , and install the Bilstein 5100 Struts. great , will do soon. need to save up some cash from the shocks + shipping over seas + installation
