New Ram Owner

Hey all
So I am a new Ram owner. 2001 1500 4X4 5.9 extended cab 4 door auto. I unfortunately got one with the pinion bearings going out which I am getting fixed. Not a big deal. Just wondering what all you guys would suggest for upgrades. This truck is pretty bear. Not any custom inside the engine. I'm wanting to do a cold air intake, throttle body spacer, and any others that is going to add a little horse but not kill my gas. I understand that this truck will not get the greatest mileage but I do love it so far. Just wanting to get all of your takes on it.

Cai and tb spacer are a waste of your hard earned cash. Full tune up, sct tuner, fix the plenum and oh a comp test before you start anything.
