2007 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi. PCM malfunctions every time I do an oil change. Fuel loop not closed, P1128 code and P1129 for my codes on. Any suggestions on fixes or does the PCM need to be changed, already updated the PCM once

If I'm reading this correct your truck is remaining in "open" loop condition too long on both Bank 1 & 2. Do not see a correlation with doing a oil change and DTC's unless you moving wires associated with the O2s. I'd check electrical connections that might be disturbed.

True it is the code for open loop, also under other is pcm. Previous oil change truck died a week later. In the shop and they have to update the pcm which killed my oil pressure sensor and sending unit . I'll look for any loose connections

The only thing that I see may be in common if more than one sensor was damaged is the 5vdc sensor supply. I don't think it is common with O2s, but then a bad engine temp sensor could prolong open loop condition.
