Rear fold out shelf

looking for any one that has plans for the rear fold out shelf. would greatly appreciate.

It is a lot less work just to go to the wreckers and get one out of another pickup. They are pretty cheap, about the same cost as materials. I see them on Ebay often for about $150. They also work better than the homemade ones.
