Standard or Premium fuel

I am wondering does anyone use regular unleaded in their 5.7 hemi or is it best to go with the premium ? I never owned a hemi so don't want to mess the engine up as it is a new reman I am putting in . Thanks for any help .

Mid grade is recommended but you can use regular. Premium is not required

I use 89 every fill up.

89 on stock tune for your 03, if you have it tuned more aggressively then that's a different story.
