Tired of the runaround with Ramcare over my refund for towing and rental from the AISIN failure.

Does anyone know where to serve a lawsuit? Stellantis? Ram? Chrysler? Address? I have been ignored and transferred to many different case managers in India sinch April and am tired of it. Sent the receipts at least three times. Still they claim they are going to pay then... Nothing.

If you have RamCare, look at your written contract. It will state something like this: "If your claim isn't paid within xx days, contact us at...." It also lays out any dispute resolution requirements such as arbitration, etc. It is covered by an insurance policy and the nisurer will have a separate contact number.
