I purchased the Trail Ride tow mirrors for my 2019 Ram 1500 classic when I upgraded from the standard mirrors to the power folding.

The mirrors themselves are great quality, initially my only complaint was the passenger mirror glass is a bit wavy?, not the sharpest reflection.

I ended up having the caps painted to match the truck.

Later I was having a shop "smoke"out the turn signals while they were fixing a scratch on the bumper.

Unfortunately, the shop skipped right over smoked and landed on blacked out.

Never got a good picture, but the light output was greatly diminished.

I ended up finding a set of smoked turn signals online and purchased those after researching out to change out the turn signal led and housing.

This is where I found my second complaint regarding the Trail Ridge mirrors.

After brilliantly breaking the glass, attempting to pop off the convex mirror portion, I quickly discovered that unlike the OEM that pop-off and snap back on, the Trail Ridge bracket is secured by a screw and the glass is attached to the bracket via double-sided tape. Oof!

I searching online and even calling 1AAuto (they said they even reached out to Trail Ridge) I was unable to find replacement glass for the Trail Ridge tow mirrors and was faced with having to purchase a new power folding mirror, have it painted and then end up with one clear and one blacked out turn signal. Oof X2!

I put it on the back burner and headed back to work for 5 weeks. Having accepted my fate, I went online to 1aauto to order a new mirror, but upon searching for it I stumbled across:

The exact piece I had broken and was in need of replacing. It was late at night so no customer service available, so I ordered both anyways seeing as they were a lot cheaper than a new mirror plus paint.

They arrived today and we're exact matches.

I broke the passenger side when I attempted to heat the glass and try to pry the glass off of the bracket, but was very unsuccessful.

The replacements come with a bracket, bowl/socket, two star "washers", screw, glass, and 3m double sided tape cut to the shape of the mirror.

The bracket sits in the mirror, the bowl, washers, and screw sandwich together and tighten down the backet. *Careful to not tighten too much or the bracket won't pivot.

Then clean the back of the glass and bracket, apply the adhevise tape and stick the mirror on.

I called 1AAuto to let them know, "Hey! You've got a part that is labeled for 2016 tow mirrors, but it works perfect for my 2019 classic application as well!" Thinking this might be good info for them to have to pass on to customers who might be in a similar situation as me.

The said thanks and informed me that I had voided my warranty by using glass not stated as fit for my specific application lol. Unless I'm missing something regarding tow mirrors for 2016s versus other years?

tl:dr
Trail ridge mirrors are great quality.

2016 replacement convex/tow glass worked for my 2019 classic, but isn't stated as such on the website, use at your own risk, warrenty on glass will be voided

You have to break the glass to remove the bracket to access the mirror turn signals.

I think it was ~$200 (paint and labor) for mirror caps? I had the fender flares painted at the same time, I'd have to look up my receipt to know for sure.

Where did you get your flares? I am having trouble finding a set of 4 that aren't over $600.

Yeah, do not count on the Trail Ridge warranty, at least not from 1AAuto. They tried to tell me that I had voided the warranty because my truck did not come from the factory with power-folding mirrors. It was the temperature sensor that failed, not anything to do with the folding mechanism. I had to threaten to go to the BBB and the Press to get them to honor the warranty. Great mirrors, but lousy after sale service.

***Figured it out***
I too had learned the hard way about the blind spot mirror. I wasn’t going to let it happen again. A little time consuming but worked like a champ and saved the glass. I left the screw in while sliding the light in then just tightened it down.

Also, plug the light in after it’s tightened. Plug blocks the driver head.
