Will a 545rfe from a 08 ram 4x4 bolt onto a 545rfe 03 2wd Ram minus transfer case of course with no issues thanks

The trans and torque converter will bolt up to the 2003 model.

Caveat...

The 4WD transmission is missing the extension housing/tailshaft housing that the 2WD version has.

You will have to either swap over the tailshaft and housing or locate a 2WD version.

good to hear, was hoping it wouldn't take much , if its just tail shaft that's easy thanks

Yes, I agree. Swap over the tailshaft to the 4WD unit and be done with it. If you have a good 4WD unit or picked one up for a good price then its a no-brainer in my opinion.
