    Wgreggking, the Castrol Edge I put in this morning seems to have the engine running quiter than the factory fill. My truck has 6,900 miles on it. I’m not too worried about the warranty issues.     The website for Redline and Amsoil list that their 0w-40 synthetic now meets the MS-12633 spec. Mopar oil is just rebadged Pennzoil. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    As far as I can find only 4 oils meet the MS-12633 spec: Pennzoil Ultra Platinum, Mopar, Amsoil, and Redline. Seeing as those are not readily available in most areas on store shelves in a 0w-40, have any of you experienced any adverse effects from using Castrol Edge or Mobil1 0w-40? I’ve...
