Looking to buy '08 3500
I have an '08 1500 (5.7), and looking for a diesel truck because my business requires me to do a lot of towing, which is taking it's toll on the 1500. Drive shaft play and noise
I've recently noticed a squeaking when backing up, and a bearing-grinding noise at above 50 mph. I checked the u-joints, and found that the front of the drive shaft has some play where it goes into the tail housing on the transmission. I cannot find anything on-line about a bearing or bushing...- ALaverick
