they tested for that several times and even left it on a pressure tester for a weekend nothen, but we decided to go ahead and try the heads.thinking it might be a gasket just not bad enough to come up on the tests. gaskets were good with one head a little warped, sent to machine shop got them...- bodetis

thanks for replying and yes belt is right and new to, they have checked water pump peller to make sure its on right, ,housing has been changed with hoses one from autozone and they tried one from napa. . and yes there is a small stream that comes down between hose and housing, and it drips from...- bodetis

need advice please!!
i have a 99 ram 1500 318, in the past 3 months i have changed water pump, radiator, 6 thermostats, 5 caps, timing cover gasket, had heater core flushed and bypassed to rule that out. but finially just had a complete head job no fun intended. my gaskets were good but had one head a little warped...- bodetis
