Fan question
2019 ram 1500 classic. 5.7 4x4. Has mechanical and electric cooling fans. Is electric fan supposed to kick on as soon as I turn the a/c on? What temp should it kick on?- Brianplum

Under hood fuse panel
2019 ram 1500 classic. 5.7 4x4. Now electric fan not working. Will not run when ac is on. Fan will only run wen u pull out low speed fan relay. Tried both relays. Dodge garage said not temp sensor or ac pressure switch because no engine light. When is fan supposed to kick on? Temp went to...- Brianplum

Haven't changed cabin filter yet. Smells like coming from pass side radiator area. Now I think electric fan quit working. Shouldn't it always run when a/c is on? What temp should it kick on?- Brianplum

It's not a Block heater plug. 62,ooo mi. Hasn't had any coolant spilled anywhere. There's a star case saying electric fan /shroud causing smell. Now I don't think electric fan is working.- Brianplum

Said this before. Sulfer/weird smell under hood and comes in cab. Replaced battery. Its not over charging. One dealer mentioned the electric fan deal. I replaced electric fan and shroud. Still stinks. One dealer said smells like coolant. I pressure tested system. No leaks. One dealer...- Brianplum

Is it the upper fan shroud that covers the actual mechanical fan or is it the plastic Electric fan assembly? Fighting this smell myself and warranty is up. Is there a build date to look for , for this problem?- Brianplum

Bad smell
Took to another dealer. They say the smell is this new antifreeze. Can't find leak anywhere. Even used pressure tester. Ideas??- Brianplum

Bad smell
I have a 2019 ram 1500 classic. 5.7. 60,000 mi. Bad smell coming from under hood. Replaced battery not that. Charging at 14.6 while goin down the road. I thought smelled like sulfur or battery smell. My brother thinks maybe sumthing electrical. My buddy said he noticed smell last winter...- Brianplum
