How are you guys getting 22 MPG?
2012 4.7, 4X4, Quad, 19" rims - I was getting only 16-16.5 until I installed a superchips. With the 87octane map I get 18.5. My start from stand still really effects it- bsanorton

Convince me on getting a tuner
Having loaded new maps and played with the warm-up settings on my Triumph motorcycles I know the great benefit of being able to load maps. which fuel do you use?
Raminal I know you didn't save your data but roughly how many miles per gallon did you gain going to 89? I just picked up a 2012 4.7 a month ago and although I'm very happy with it, the mpg seems a little low for me like a little over 16 or so. Oil filter question
Syn, for some reason I didn't your whole post, wow, thanks for the input. I used Castrol Edge synthetic 5W/30 today simply because it was on sale and included a filter. 4.7 and 3.6 Flex Fuel Experiances
Thank you PCT. Yeah I'd to learn about what the flexfuel usefulness was intended to be and what makes it a flexfeuler, are the hoses, rubber parts ethanol resistant? I try to use non-ethanol or marine gas in my motorcycles as much as I can.- bsanorton

I just purchased a nice used 2012 with the 4.7 flex fuel engine. The price was too good for me to really turn it down because of the 4.7, but I don't really understand it's usefulness much. backup camera
