2012 Longhorn
At 86k had to replace manifold bolts. At 95k wiring problems started. 100k pcv valve went *****. 140k leaky oil valve seal (that hurt) Except for wiring gremlin it runs great.
I have the opposite problem. Lights come on opening the door. I can push the lights and they will go off with the door open. With the door close, they won't come back on when pushed. Visor lights don't work and the lights on the mirrors don't work.
It was leaking past the seal into the exhaust side dripping into the exhaust system. I got the heads out and had all seals replaced to do it right. Can't stand an oil leak.
My truck was at 68k miles when it needed new bolts, they are Mopar specific, and crap bolts. They break inside the the hole and have to be drilled out. This a major problem that Fiat is ignoring and ****** me off. Couldn't find a comparable bolt anywhere. I have 105k miles now and think I...
I went down this road in 2012 when I purchased my Longhorn. I figured out 1500's are for light towing. I have towed 7500lbs often but worry about wearing the truck out. I look forward to the 2500 Gen5.
