Oil leak help

that last photo with oil on the bolt, valve stem seal leak on mine.

It was leaking past the seal into the exhaust side dripping into the exhaust system. I got the heads out and had all seals replaced to do it right. Can't stand an oil leak.

A good idea at the same time,to check also bad lifters (HEMI tik),and camshaft...

This is for your 2012 track,because for my truck it's a different part number and they looks different.
