Fault code for "small" leak in evap system.....
The snap on cap on the diaphragm of the Leak Detection Module Pump on mine was not snapped on tight to make a seal. It is the flat top on the attached picture. I can’t believe I finally found my issue! It to sooooooo long to figure this one out. I hope this is your issue also- Glenn Chaisson

Evap Leak
My 2004 was the snap on lid on the Leak Detection Pump Module. The snap lid on the diaphragm had a few clips not set fully and was allowing a leak. see Attached picture. It is the flat lid on top that was leaking.- Glenn Chaisson

1 year later, I finally found my leak. The new Leak Detector Module Pump has a snap on cover on the diaphragm. The cover was not secured properly and leaking past diaphragm- Glenn Chaisson

Evap p0456/0457
My EVAP issue was the plug on the 1/4” brake booster relief valve blew off. I just plugged it with a short machine screw. Fixed my problem.- Glenn Chaisson
