My experience after a couple weeks with my new truck...
On the switching from call back and forth from call to radio: That could be caused by some setting on your iphone. I had that problem with my work car's SYNC system because the nav on my phone was set to a default "treat as a phone call" versus a standard bluetooth connection.- JG-Man
