Yes just re did the timing all good same problems. I'm pretty sure I put the lifters in correctly. I can remember now off the top of my head which ones I put them in. I'm almost positive they are in correct spots though I remember double checking
So just to be clear once I get the cover off I was gonna use a socket extension to get to tdc then set the cam to tdc throw the chain around it and let the tensioner loose. After I do that how many rotations should I turn the motor by hand.
I put the engine at tdc with the head off and the only code I got was p0300 thanks for the help. I wanted to make sure before I pulled the timing cover and water pump and all the happy stuff that goes along with it.
