Rear axle ratio vs mpg.
I think the 3.92 8spd would be great for 3.6, just because that engine seems to be happy in the mid range. Anyway I have the 3.92's, 8 spd with the 5.7 and from 80mph on, it's real happy lol! 2014 Dodge ram 1500 sport - Battery dead
Is it the original? If so definitely replace it. Extreme heat and cold really beat up on a battery, especially a lead acid. My ‘16 has over 163k I’m on my 3rd, the 2nd battery was a Napa but 3rd one seems pretty good replaced a year ago, a Die Hard Platinum AGM, so far so good.- Poncherello

Oil PSI
I do the same I only use Amsoil 5w20 with a Wix or now a K&an filter. I also have a catch can. My 16’ has over 163k miles. Oil Pressure reads identical as the poster’s. My temps run 190 to 216 & oil temp up to 230. I had my oil analyzed 3x from Blackstone & tests came out phenomenal. Keep up...- Poncherello

Another Eibach pro review
Looks much better. I just purchased the Eibach Pro Lift Kit and went with JBA Upper control Arms. I haven't installed it yet, I'm slowly saving up to also of replace, lower ball joints, outer tie rod ends, front and rear sway bar links and sway front & rear sway bar bushings. Upper Control Arms for 2.8 bilstein lift

I love the 5.7 in my ‘16 as well as the ZF Trans. First a 6.2 or 6.4 options for the 1500 would be great options. Can I tow it?
check the Gvwr ratings on your specific truck, upgrade tires, brakes, change & refresh fluids, looking into air bags or rear springs, wdh. Get your truck weighed and after hooking everything up, go on some test runs.- Poncherello

32 Gal Fuel Tank not taking 32 Gal
Don't run your tank down, the gas helps keep the fuel pump cool. All you have to do is run your tank down to the 1/2 mark and fill it up. If takes 16 gallons you a 32 gallon tank, if it only take 13 then you have 26 tank. I know for a fact my 16' 1500 has a 32 and a few times I ran it down...- Poncherello

GENERAL Tires. Thoughts on this brand
I have a 1500, I just put the ATX tires, stock size 275/60R20 = 33" tire. Handles dry and wet roads great. This Friday we may have snow in the forecast, so I'll see how they handle.
