    Trailer reverse guidance camera

I had just received in my '23 Laramie 3500, this has been my worst experience worth Ram ever. Customer help is garbage, before I get off topic. When I was checking out the cameras at the dealer I noticed in trailer reverse guidance mode, the cameras were not lined up. I requested the sales rep...

Digital rearview mirror no longer in certain models?

I ordered it with the "safety group" option, it was the only one available, there was no B.

Digital rearview mirror no longer in certain models?

I just recently traded in my 2022 2500 Laramie for a 2023 3500 Laramie. I ordered everything the same except I added the air suspension and long bed. What I did not add was the trailer camera wiring (I did on my 2500) since the 5th wheel we are going to purchase already has a built in camera...

A can of worms.. Payload.. Why?

If anything it would be my tires, they can hold 3640lbs each. Added up, my tires could theoretically hold 14560lbs but that would put me well over the GVWR. The axles can hold up to thousands of pounds more then rated. So this is where I narrowed it to either the frame or difference in rear...

A can of worms.. Payload.. Why?

Apparently you have not. Only a few posts back I stated how many times I have to repeat questions. This thread is apparently bothering you in a personal way. What is the reason you have to comment in such an asinine way? If this annoys you, why don't you just not follow it anymore? I never...

Are you serious man? Or do you just troll, or can't read or are too lazy to?

A can of worms.. Payload.. Why?

Not sure what you're trying to explain, unless it's because it has a longer box it can hold more weight? I assumed a longer box added more weight to the overall truck and would reduce the payload not increase it.

A can of worms.. Payload.. Why?

I've explained it plenty of times, yes I'd like proof of anyone has any information about the trucks, with my opinion that between the two the only difference was the rear suspension. If no one has any proof, hey that's fine, move on. I'm completely clear on the stickers, I've explained that...

A can of worms.. Payload.. Why?

I'm sorry, I think you missed when I wrote I'm not trying to get anyone to agree with me. I also said several times, this is not an argument, I'm simply asking if anyone has any proof what the differences are. I also wrote out why I didn't want to overload it. Please read my comments. I've spent...

A can of worms.. Payload.. Why?

There is still one mounting point on the axle, it is still a weak point, the weight transfer goes from two to one. Just because there are two points on top doesn't mean it will hold more with all only one contact point on the bottom. You know the saying a chain is only as strong as it's weakest...

A can of worms.. Payload.. Why?

Thank you very much. I agree it will be very tough. If I'm able to get an answer from Ram I will be certain to post it here. Thanks again!!

A can of worms.. Payload.. Why?

I'm sure the trailer is, but I'm also very certain it's way over payload. I noticed that on his 1500 the springs were mounted far out, you can see in the picture. Literally where the bump stop is on a 2500. Which is why I posted the picture several posts back about the air bags replacing the...
