Cam failures or not. How many miles have you gone?
Like most here oil change at 5000 miles, full synthetic. My 2010 had just over 100,000 miles when traded with zero noise my 2014 has 110,000 miles and does have the startup tick and when sitting for over a week it’s a little louder than a tick. I’ve never received an update on my 2014 since new. My nav is sooo outdated that it shows me driving on service roads next to major hwy. Removing glove box to change cabin filter...
I purchased a cabin filter from Rockauto and after removing the glovebox I must’ve spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to open the door, it’s sealed how weird is that? (2014 Laramie). Guess they forgot to cut it out hence still have filter in the box- Rocketjam

Rattling Noise
Had same issues on 2010, ended up being baffle in muffler and when reving up engine would rattle up the tailpipe- Rocketjam

Thud when taking off from stop
Mine has done this since day one, 2014 Laramie.
