Speedometer issue help!?
UUUUUhhhmmm...... That is a tough one. I'm just gonna guess at some sort of ground issue that might be making a good enough contact when it is getting wet. Maybe take a look at firewall gound, again this is just guesswork.- RVMAN

Squeaky Leaf Springs
I've just ordered myself some more of this. https://www2.kimballmidwest.com/80925/ I've used it for years on MANY different RV & Auto squeaks, doesn't wash out very quickly, penetrates like silcone and then turns to grease. -

Engine Racing while on Cruise
Hopefully thats all it is, but that amount of rpm increase should have also increased the speed. Transmission slipage though is another possability. Try the same conditions but with the O/D off and see if it does it. if it doesn't do it with O/D off it could be some minor TCC slippage. Also...- RVMAN

some slop in the steering
Those do different things, you need to check where the play is coming from 1st. if the play is between the wheel and the gearbox the rock solid will fix it. If the play is in the gearbox the steering stabilizer will help it but only slightly. This thread will show you how to remove almost every...- RVMAN

CAI 's are for the most part on most vehicles a big joke. I'm sure that their are some automobiles that would benefit from them, they might look cool but they don't really do much. They were somebody's master marketing plan. don't waste you money.- RVMAN

map sensor question
Spraying mass air flow cleaner in while truck is running is a good way to hydra-lock the engine. Take the throttle body of and clean everything. Why do you think the MAP needs cleaning?- RVMAN
