Ground force 2/3 or belltech 2/4?
What lowering kit do you have installed? Love the look! I had a belltech kit but removed it because I couldn't stand the ride. But I miss being lowered and am hoping there are some better options now than there were years ago. -

Exhause manifold bolts broken...common?
My 2011 hemi with 36k just had this issue. Dealer replaced manifold, broken bolts and gasket under warranty. It was the passenger side rear bolt/stud that attaches to heat shield that broke.- spymac

Exhaust leaking
Quick update, took the truck to dealer and they found a broken bolt and warped manifold. Replaced it all under warranty. Took 3 days total, one for diag, two for repair. Here is the parts list for the job: 5045486aa Manifold 5045496aa Gasket 6509544aa Stud Doub 6507746aa Bolt Exha- spymac

Exhaust leaking
Kinda of glad I found this thread (but maybe not!). I've had this issue for a while now and it drives me nuts. Issue is the 'tick' noise during a cold start and while under load with the engine cold. It will generally go away after about a minute or two. The noise is worse on cold days. Saw...- spymac

Got the 2/4 Drop Done, and RT 22"S put on as well.
My experience with the Belltech is that the ride quality/comfort suffers, but the handling and road feel is improved. I lowered my RCSB myself and it definitely needed a front end alignment. Before, the truck pulled to one side, after, the steering was dead on and no pull. I work in an area... -

finally dropped my BLACK EXPRESS 3/5.5 inches
That's the perfect tire size IMO for running stock 20's. Even with your 8" wide wheels that size still looks proper. That's what I went with on my Belltech drop and I love it. No regrets. 305/50 wont fit well or look good on your 8" wheel and the 275/55 doesn't look as good, but it's an... -
