Arbitration is also a legal process (term) that your council and the judge may choose, instead of a trial jury. It was recommended to me once. Never again , as one person was the teeter-totter as to who wins. I would choose a jury or a plain law suit- tourqued

If you should ever get scaled and depending on which state one is in, the only thing they are going to look at is the tire weight per SQ weight per inch. Oil drain plug can’t come off
I am not clear either is that a frame part? Or what? If it is a what, I will assume you can cut and or grind a 1/2 moon in it. Or change out the pan. personally I am pretty sure I would have moon it and make the edges all really smooooth- tourqued

If you can , if it is a metal part, take it off , sand it smooth, use etching primer, use a small gun, shoot the base coat, shoot the clear... Hint - don't buy clear, make a deal with a local shop that paints -time your base coat with them and they can "clear your part and you will not have to...- tourqued

Crankcase vent to intake
I used to live out in Juneau ...... barf! My concern might be an engine takes off, fueling on oil if something ever went wrong (run on) Never heard of a Cummins doing it...but that would create a way? I am well into this all ready-just want to avoid any pitfalls. Notice I have triple insulated the Hot cable being it is about 18 feet long, and not fused. For cable -Marine "tinned wire " all ends crimpled drilled and soldered. NOT cheap!. I am going to attempt to make the removal of the left...- tourqued

For several reasons One is I have a V plow on the front and the dodge is not rated for the weight, which is now several sets of wheel bearing over the years. Next is the ability to gain more real estate to work on this thing, which is a constant. If it was a simple task to pull the front left...- tourqued
