Nalgene bottles in cupholders
The rubber snubbers in the cup holders can be removed I am told. Dont know if the help with the Nalgene bots tho. -

I read in one of the posts a ways back tha FF is lanolin based. I don't believe the oil in lanolin is of the type that will harm rubber components. It was related to a question if FF would harm the rubber parts in the truck.- valvestem

Same here, but it's my girlfriend that likes the open bin. That way she doesnt leave anything there she wants to bring in the house. -

Looks like the clear coat had moisture in it or under it. A problem I believe created by too much humidity. -
Manually Dim dash lights when headlights on
Is there a thumbwheel under the knob that turns on the headlights? I discovered mine by accident. There was absolutely no dealer education when I bought my Ram. But sometimes that is a good thing. -

Started a case with RAM today - lemon law??
This is the problem with a plug 'n play run diagnostics. If the computer can not tell them what is wrong, they have no one anymore that can diagnose it the old fashion way, which also means time which equals money. I would say the passenger seat has a bad sensor that is turning off the heat...- valvestem

OP. A wire with a corroded end can easily be replaced by a knowledgeable person with the proper tool(s). Even if it is in a plug/connection.- valvestem

additional cupholders
How come the drivers door foam insert is so much more than the passenger side? I wanted both, but the much higher price for the drivers door was a deal breaker. -
FINAL UPDATE: U61 recall work done, no more cruise control!
I had my CC recall done a week or so ago and never had a chance until yesterday to check it. It works as it did before, seemingly OK. There is very little flatland around here, and a lot of hilly terrain, which is the cause for the delay in checking. -
How to Restore Plastic Chrome Rims?
If you are seeing yellow, it's probably where the plastic chrome plating is thin. Surprised you did not scratch them with the steel wool. -
Running board mounts, Crew = Quad?
I've seen pics of mounts that use T-bars that go into existing frame holes for mounting.
