    I ordered mine just the way I wanted. I have had no issues with 12" display at all and even if I did, I wouldn't get too concerned. Updates and patches are always released for almost every piece of technology we use on a daily basis....that uses cell/wifi/etc. I haven't traded in my smartphones...

    Mine has never failed, but just takes forever. The GMC app worked really fast. I never get anything that says the command worked though............thought I would get a notification or something. Just says 'request received' on the app...........no notification to the phone or anything

    Me too.....about a week 1/2 ago. I mentioned the clunk that alot of us are feeling. Then I got a phone call from them but didn't answer because I didn't recognize the call. They left a message but when I called back, it was an automated thing.
