Hey y'all! First time Ram owner here. This will be my second truck and my third Mopar. I upgraded from a 97 k1500 that has 275k on the clock. I always loved the 4th gen body style and my budget has finally allowed me to get one!
This is my 2012 Laramie crew! You all probably know more about it than I do. Has 134k on the odometer and so far, I'm in love! It has all the options I wanted, and I am really happy with it.
I've already started ripping into the sucker. I'm a paid on call volunteer firefighter. So it is getting all the lights and siren from my old truck. Day two with this thing and I have had half the interior apart already to tuck away wires (I do my stuff clean). I am pretty handy with tools and DIY just about everything from home projects to vehicle stuff.
The truck won't be changing significantly. It already has bags in the rear coils for towing, it'll need a leveling kit to get rid of the nasty front rake and boost the stance and approach angle a bit, maybe a borla muffler if I feel frisky down the road, tint, and some LED interior lighting.
I look forward to getting to know some of you. This forum looks to be very active.
