It took about a week (not sure if it's more or less) to get a response to the return ticket. But the reply included a prepaid shipping label. I shipped it back, they received it last Friday and I received an email the refund was issued on Wednesday although it just showed up at my bank tonight...- mick1152

I'm with you, I had the same experience with it and while my contact with them for support initially was great, they suddenly stopped replying to me and left me hanging for over a week without any replies. There is no Ram Mid on the new one, there is Ram-American which I assume replaced that. That one has the 7 speed air control without the automatic temp control but my steering wheel controls don't work with it.- mick1152

DIY: 2013-2014 OEM Steering Wheel Audio Control Install
Went to a nearby wrecking yard and pulled all the parts I needed off a wrecked truck and they charged me $35 for the parts. Just got done installing it and it's all working great! Looks nice, I was looking at something like this but decided on this Tesla style Android unit because I think it looks way more finished and like it belongs there. I'm hopeful I can connect a USB Relay controller to it and do the same thing through it's interface.- mick1152

2013 Bench Seat Console/Cupholders
Any chance you can PM me a link? I don't think we can post them on the forum but I'd love to see what you're referring to. That is the only thing I wish mine had. That or, cup holders in the little tray on the floor in front of the center jump seat instead of the kinda plain flat storage... -
