I'm having same issue . Installed AMS mds delete kit with 5.7 non mds cam and hellcat lifters and it starts no problem but idles rough. I'm going to check Pushrods and hope it's just that and not the timing chain . I hate to take the front of the engine back off lol
I just experienced my First Diesel valve lash and installing Hamilton 105lb Valve Spirngs, Hamilton Extreme Duty Push Rods and XDP Billet Valve Bridges . It was a handfull LOL

This was not that bad but there are some things to pay attention too . Check it out I hope it helps someone out. Everyone had videos on the 5.9 I didn't see many on the 6.7 so I made one.
I know they are cheap but after the compounds I was low on cash but needed gauges bad so I installed these. They work just fine. I have other friends who have had them on there trucks for 4-5yrs and they still work :)
Here is a video to help anyone who would like to install Compound Turbos on a 6.7 Cummins . It was a pain but I did it and it took 3 days to install . I worked about 6-8 a day on it thats all I can handle I have Leukemia and I get weak after 5 hours . So take a look and I hope it helps you .
