    Yes sir, It seems that the on off circuit wire is not giving it the power it needs to make the wipers work. 12v applied directly to the high and low wire, the pop right on and work but they dont work through the switches power.     I didnt answer your question my bad. So yes the U0140 lost commo with body control module and the B2861-15 mirror approach light control circuit short to battery in the door module came back. I successfully change the mileage, it would only let me do .05 miles but i got it!!!!
