Just back from picking up, issue was simply the connector wasn't fully seated. The tech reconnected it and it passed all tests.- RebelHawk

I dropped my truck off and they plugged in the error code reader and said it indicated an issue with the media port / cellular connector. 2022 1500 Bighorn eTorque. Ive had this for about 2 months now and twice the infotainment center hasn't powered on with engine start.
