    That's just pure incompetence and FCA need to address this problem with a redesigned rear window..most likely replaced it with the same problematic window..

    Yeah I definitely should have bought the extended warranty..I had them before on previous jeep grand Cherokees I've owned..I'm a disabled veteran and with the fixed income after purchasing the truck there wasn't much more than lint in my pocket

    It's a manufacturing defect if you would have done your homework you would have seen that yourself and it should be covered by them because the TSB was in 2020

    Believe me I wouldn't have bought it if I didn't have to.. That 8 year 80000 mile warranty will not cover water damage.. I did do my homework on all of this before I doled out $1500
