Mcgaughy or belltech 2/4 economy kits with factory shocks, anyone tried it?
BellTech 2/4 here on my 2013 RCSB. The Street Performance shocks SUCK in my opinion, so I went back to stock, and was pleased. The truck still bottomed on some hard bumps/dips, so I added the AirLift 1000 helper bags, and presto.. better ride quality with 5lbs empty, and no more bottoming out... -

Those are the uppers, they have the lowers as well. You can save a few bucks, and buy their "kit" that includes uppers, lowers, and panhard rod. You can check in the "4th gen DIY "section on this forum for some direction to help you with this job. -

Best kit for 2/4 drop
BellTech 2/4 with stock front shocks, BellTech rear shocks, and Spohn adjustable panhard rod. Mine rides like a 9. Easy install in 3.5 hours. Had mine aligned immediately, and I am really satisfied. -

Glad you got it ordered. You will like it! I just did my 2/4 drop this past weekend, along with the Spohn adjustable panhard rod. My rearend was out of alignment by 3/8" and the adjustable rod dialed it back into place perfectly. I would not have done the job w/out the adjustable panhard rod... -

Thank you guys for your responses. I guess I'll stick w/ the stock Goodyear 275/60/20 for now, and go from there. I could buy the 285/50/20 tires and get a little more drop from those, since they are shorter. I really wanted to run 22's. We'll see...No matter what tire/wheel combo I go with, at... -
