2019 Ram Uconnect 3.0 w/ 5" display
That’s what I’ve been thinking also that the radio was replaced causing the issues. My back up camera is viewed through the rear view mirror and the radio screen says “ no backup camera installed “. I will look into getting the mic and VR/Phone buttons installed. Thanks!!- Myram2019

Yes, it is the Express classic. Thanks. I’ve looked for spots in the headliner as to it’s location but didn’t see any. I guess I’ll have to disassemble it and find it. Thanks again- Myram2019

I just bought a used 2019 ram that has a Uconnect 3.0 with 5" display, when I connect any phone to it no one can hear me when I make a phone call but I can hear them fine.
