Swap 5.7 318

I have an 04 2500 5.7 4x4 I bought new. It’s been sitting dead now for 2 years. The engine is newly rebuilt. Problem is electrical, i cant get the truck to start and run. 1st problem is a faulty APPS sensor is junk and can’t find one any where. I’m considering swapping out the 5.7 with a 318 stroker that i have. Thoughts??

I noticed that as well. I have a 03 2500, 4x4 cummins with 5 speed manual. I live in Iowa and rust has killed mine. I would like to find another truck to put my drive train into. I think the 03 is gen 3, so I believe an 03-08 would be the same body style. Feel free to correct my information. Is there a part of the forum that covers trucks for sale?
