98 12v fuel gauge
I recently purchased (2 days ago) a 1998 2500 12v. The fuel gauge works intermittently. It has the mechanical pump on the engine, I would assume that it has just a sending unit in the tank? If so or not, what is it that I am needing to replace to make my fuel gauge read properly? TIA -

98.5 12v
I'm getting ready to purchase a 1998.5 that is the 12v Cummins. The kdp has already been repaired, the manual transmission was rebuilt. Any thing else I should specifically look for? Thanks for any help- Jd fitz
