    UPDATE!!!! @RamCares called this AM and is covering the replacement with a $1,000 deductible. The customer service has been the best I have ever worked with. I am so happy and thankful for everyone's advice. We own a small business and this is huge, as we have seen a slowdown in business recently.

    @Jeepwalker The engine was still operational when we brought it in. The service lady did mention bearings when I asked her about it. Again, I appreciate the response.

    @Jeepwalker Holy smokes, A bad sensor!!!! We did not have any codes either. They did not give a reason for the failure. It does have 2 open recalls that we tried to have fixed but the parts are backordered. The dealership said it would be 1000-1500k just to open it to find out what the damages...
