On the 3.6 would it be possible to access it thru the wheel well (remove wheel well cover) ?? On the Charger 3.6 it can be changed without removing manifold. Guy on youtube removed the wipers, plastic cowl, cross member bar and was able to access it from that angle.

He used dealer connect and activated Sales Code LM5.
You may have option to activate yourself since you have 2019.
Could be the fuel delivery truck dropped the wrong fuel in the wrong tanks at the store. If possible check to see if store had tanker truck delivery near the time you purchased fuel. If this happened, the store should reimburse you for repairs. This happened to my brother.
