Yes. They are the factory ones and require no programing. Mount and they will sync up automatically. Trust me I went through it when I got my new wheels from custom offsets. Long to short I went to ram and got the factory ones after trying two different aftermarket ones. In the new body style... -

12V switched power source
Under the steering column there is a bank of fuses. It is behind the knee panel. Take the two small screws from the bottom of the panel out and pull the panel towards the seat and it will give you access to the fuse block.
