How to prop open blend door for heat to the floor?

Dim climate control panel?
My climate control panel on my 2008 is rather dim at night. It is lit up a bit, but not as bright as the rest of the instruments and radio. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it easy to replace bulbs in the panel?- rph74
