Slammed on the brakes so hard the engine stalled!
I might suggest that your transmission fluid is a little bit low. It happened to me after I changed the fluid and filter with the prescribed amount of fluid. It seemed like the engine with surge and then die sitting at a traffic light. The mark on the dipstick talks about hot or cold level but...- pries

Engine Knocking sound
With a cold engine, take the belt off and run it for a minute or so. You can also use a piece of garden hose about 4 feet long… Went into your ear and one and moving around the engine compartment. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- pries
