Now to determine if I want to do the same to my 2020 truck, or just let it sit where she is now. I dont like it anyways. Doesn't drive the same, I dont really like how the interior is set up. -

I have been to that site. I even put in for my new 2020 truck and it shows 21 different front springs for that truck. I seriously doubt there are 21 different spring combinations for the new 2020 truck. I know the correct part number for the 2012 spring 68030405AD. Discontinued item. Ram does... -

Spacers are fine to gain the ride height, they do nothing for the springs that are worn out. Dodge does not have the specifics on the springs themselves. So they dont know if a 2019/2020 spring will work in a 2012. -

I do know sag is measured not from the wheel well but from the suspension. It shows 1.75" sag. Truck has 161K on it. The truck is a 2WD and does not have a strut suspension. -
