    I changed the oil myself. Was careful not to spill any while doing it and wiped everything down after. After I looked again I'm thinking it's the rear main seal as well... what should my next step be??

    2008 4.7 103,000 miles changed my oil the other day . next day noticed oil on the driveway. oil filter is dry and tight... oil pan drain plug is tight as well.

    Everybody always wants the 6 in lift. If u got the money is say do it. If not. Bilsteins are a good choice. It's all about money and preference.

    Ya as I accelerate it gets louder. I can here the noise at a steady speed as well as slowing down until a complete stop. I just had the pinion seal replaced. I think that's what it's called.
