Need new tires

Ac not blowing hard
Is it just me or do the 2017 Dodge rams not blow hard out of the vents? I drive a 12 f150 for work and it blows 3x as hard. I haven’t brought it to dealer but will for first oil change but wanted to get your opinions first. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk- liftedpsd2010

Do I need level kit to clear 33s?
I was given some 33x12.5x20 nitro mud graps and want to know if I need a level kit to clear them on stock tires? My truck is a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd. New ram owner
