Check engine light - code showed "small evap leak"
My 17 3500 srw had same problem. New gas cap didn't fix it. Finally dealer had time to look into problem(after waiting 2 months to get a time slot). Smoke test sent them to top of tank. Floor Mats/Liners
Just a heads up for anyone with a Tradesman with rubber floor (no carpet) No one's mats fit right because we don't have the thickness of the carpet. It's not a really big deal but my huskies slip around a lot.- carmantl

Violent Downshifts

6.4 Hemi - Larger Replacement Tank!!
Cab & Chassis builds usually have the spare tire deleted because they don't know what kind of body you are going to mount. My spare is in my 9 foot knapheide utility bed right behind rear window.- carmantl

Yes between the rails. You lose the underbody spare tire storage. My window sticker states 52 gal. tank, so yeah, I'm pretty sure.- carmantl

Fuel tank size?
My 2017 3500 chassis cab 6.4 has 54 gallon tank stock, but my frame is longer to allow for 9 foot bed. You might find one at a junkyard, but you will lose the underbody spare tire.- carmantl

6.4 Road Trip Results
The only issue I have with my Aisin behind 6.4 in my 2017 chassis cab is that shift points are limited to 4600 RPM so I don't get to use the upper 1000 RPM.
